An appalling red mask with a long nose, angry eyes, bushy eyebrows, and black moustache. It's tengu, a creature from Japanese folklore. This emoji may indicate any kind of evil, anger, or cruel behaviour.

The symbol “Japanese Goblin” is included in the “Fairy tale symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010.
