The Balinese script, natively known as Aksara Bali and Hanacaraka, is an abugida used in the island of Bali, Indonesia. It goes back to  Brahmi  11000–1104D . Today it is mostly replaced with  The Latin alphabet  0041–007A , but you can still come across it in some religious texts. It includes 33 consonants, 15 of which are used in words borrowed from Kawi and Sanskrit.
