Alfabet Elbasan

The Elbasan script was created in XVIII century by an Albanian teacher Theodhor Haxhifilipi for the Albanian language. It was named after the city of Elbasan, where it was invented. It was hardly used and, probaply, played the role of some cipher or cryptogram.
