विवरण
The Ol Chiki alphabet was created for one of the official languages of India — Santali. The author of the alphabet is Pandit Raghunath Murmu, who introduced it in 1925. Before that, Santali was written with the use of Bengali 0985–09CD , Latin 0041–007A or Oriya 0B05–0B32 .
According to some statistics, nowadays around 1 million people are familiar with this alphabet.
