Heavy division is one more mathematical sign in the set of Heavy Signs. It means that the following number should be split in parts suggested by the number after it.
The symbol “Divide” is included in the “Heavy variants of arithmetic symbols” subblock of the “Dingbats” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Math” subcategory of the “Symbols” category.
