Opis
The Buginese writing was created in the XVII century for writing languages belonging to the Malayo-Polynesian group. It is used on the island of Sulawesi in Indonesia. Over time, it has been gradually displaced by the Latin 0041–007A alphabet introduced by the Dutch, but it is still used by some Bugis people.
