A pair of eyes, looking to the left. Sometimes it's used to indicate approval of a beautiful photo posted on the Internet. It may also mean “I'm all eyes”.
The symbol “Eyes” is included in the “Facial parts symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Body Parts” subcategory of the “People & Body” category.
