The number one-hundred, written in red, underlined twice to make it look more expressive. It resembles 100, written in a school notebook, in order to mark the best score possible. This emoji is generally used to show that you agree with some idea or somebody. It may also be used as a short version of 100%.

The symbol “Hundred Points” is included in the “Japanese school grade symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Emotion” subcategory of the “Smileys & Emotion” category.
