A repeat-one-item-over button. It's depicted as two round arrows, pointing at each other clockwise, with a “1” figure in the lower left corner. This icon is used in music apps to indicate the loop-once function when listening to a track or an album.
The symbol “Repeat Single Button” is included in the “User interface symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “AV Symbol” subcategory of the “Symbols” category.
