The symbol “Rice Cracker” is included in the “Food symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Asian Food” subcategory of the “Food & Drink” category.
