The symbol “Vibration Mode” is included in the “Communication symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “AV Symbol” subcategory of the “Symbols” category.
