The symbol “Left Luggage” is included in the “Signage and other symbols” subblock of the “Transport and Map Symbols” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Transport Sign” subcategory of the “Symbols” category.
