A double triangle pointing down. It's similar to a rewind button turned around 90°.

The symbol “Fast Down Button” is included in the “User interface symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Technical” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “AV Symbol” subcategory of the “Symbols” category.
