Kaithi Alphabet

Description

Kaithi alphabet (เค•เฅˆเคฅเฅ€) is a tachygraphic of  Devanagari 0915โ€“0945 . It become widespread in The Mughal Empire ัˆั‚ XVI century. In the 1880s the script was recognised as the official script of the law courts of Bihar. The name of the alphabet comes from โ€œKayasthaโ€ that means caste of penmen.
